The same thing in Finland with Yeti 1.2 TSI. Problems do occur. The "yellow engine light " was on for one week right from the first start from the car shop. After two weeks a software update was installed, and the yellow engine light was again on and also the yellow "EPC" light turned on. So now two warning lights are constantly on.

To install a replacement, you'll need the injector, the washer/seals and a new seal for the fuel return line. The bolt is of the stretch variety so you shouldn't reuse it.
VW Facelifted the Polo MK5 2014 and fitted the revised Euro 6 Engines, then the A1 was Facelifted for 2015 & got the engines, The 2015 All New 3rd Generation Skoda Fabia got a different platform with Elements of etc etc & the engines, 1.0, 1.2 TSI & 1.4TDI. All Euro 6 Emission. & The Mk4 Seat Ibiza is due to get Facelifted again later this year.
I have investigated this further on the internet and there does seem to be an issue with the cam chains on both the 1.2 and 1.4 tsi engines. So I took it to a reputable VAG independent today who said that they have never changed a chain/tensioner on the 1.2 tsi motor, but have done several on the 3 cylinder engine.
