Tried a method that actually does re enable origin which allows cloud saves, (it's tricky to setup) and I even deleted all of the cloud saves because I wanted to just start a new game and I turned off the cloud but even with that, it was a fail. I fancied giving it another go on my PS5 so I've transferred my save over which has allowed me to start a New Journey+, and all trophies have reset as it does with most games with the PS5 upgrade. I figured I'd be able to grab them all on the New Journey+ save. So, that’s a no go too. So for anyone else that ran into this extremely weird (and probably rare) glitch in the ps+ Cloud saves, at least for Jedi Fallen Order you MUST have the same SAVE FILE from the ps4 that you got the platinum on.
