Canon is expected to release two new RF mount mirrorless cameras to replace EOS R and EOS RP. The first camera could be Canon’s most affordable full frame mirrorless camera, launch price will be under EOS RP. The second camera will slot in between the EOS RP replacement and the EOS R6. On the other hand, I think my money is better spent with my 8.3 fps camera for US$1,000.00, plus about US$4,000.00 worth of lenses, than a 14 fps EOS-1D X mk II for US$5,500.00 plus about US Episode 126. The Canon 6D was a great camera when it was released in late 2012, and can still take great photos in 2023.
